About

Castle Valley Academy is located on a 320-acre rural campus in the iconic red-rock formations that extend from Arches National Park—just 5 miles away, as the crow flies.

We are surrounded on two sides by government land reserves and our farm is supplied with water from a creek that flows from the snow-pack of the La Sal Mountains that rise to the east of the school.

We also have artesian wells where water gushes up from the ground year-round, which enables us to operate the Castle Valley Farm, including field crops, greenhouses and market garden.

Winters are mild and summers are hot in southeast Utah, but the beauty around us is a constant wonder to enjoy!
